We ship the items within 1 business days, stock permitting. The shipping time may vary in some cases, it might take longer than usual but we always try our best to deliver the products on time. The courier company that we use will put a card through your door if you are not in when they try to deliver. The card will have the tracking number, phone number and pick up address(if applicable) and you can contact them to arrange a pick up from there, otherwise courier company will re-attempt the delivery.

Pickup is also available from our warehouse but you need to select the option “Pickup” during checkout and select the available time option.
